Banquet Terms & Conditions

  • 50% advance payment against confirmation (25% non refundable in case of cancellation or postponement under any circumstances & all govt. Rules), Balance 50% of the payment shall be made 10 days prior to the function & final payment if any, strictly at the end of the function by cash / credit card / cheque (local cheque only)

  • Setting more than banquet setup including stage will be charge extra.(chargeable)

  • kindly submit the copy of pan / tan card for the billing.

  • All charges will be levied and calculated on the actual number of persons or the guaranteed number of persons, whichever is higher.

     
  • In case the number of persons increases, the management will offer food and service for only 5% above the number of guaranteed persons.

     
  • Any reduction in number of guaranteed persons is allowed 30 days prior to the function & not later.

  • Outside food and beverages of any kind of will not be permitted in the premises for consumption during the function.

  • Crackers & fire works are not allowed within the premises.

     
  • Playing of indoor music or live orchestra, The sound limit should be confirmed with government regulations.

     
  • Classroom seating, Board room seating, Round table seating & Other such arrangement can be provided at an extra cost.

     
  • The management will levy an additional charge, If functions / events extending beyond 11.00 midnight or allotted time.

     
  • We shall only provide service as agreed in contract and the rate agreed upon. Any service & decoration or amenities required by you in addition to those will be chargeable.

     
  • Pro-public relation girls & vip service boys if required will be charged extra.

     
  • All materials / goods brought for the function / event will be strictly at your own risk. The management will not be liable for any loss / damage.

     
  • Management strictly prohibits the use of nails, Adhesive tape or pins for any decoration purpose.

     
  • The cost for any damage will be recovered from the guest. As a rule only standee and framed banner will be permitted to be put within the premises.

     
  • Alcohol consumption in the premises strictly prohibited (including government license holder).

  • Vehicle parking will be at owner’s risk.

  • The management shall be not liable for any inconvenience caused by an act of god, nature or accident or failure of any services, which are beyond of our control.

  • Government taxes shall be levied as applicable.

  • Menu prices, menu items & terms condition are subjected to change without prior notice.

  • Any types of rider fun is not allowed in premises.

  • PLATE SHARING IS NOT ALLOWED

  • Morning session :- 10-30 am to 02-30 pm & Evening session :- 06-30 pm to 10-30 pm (Time duration for each session is 4 hours, Extra hours will be charged (per hour))

Minimum Guaranteed Occupancy

  • Kahani Hall: 50 Pax

  • Yaadein Hall: 100 Pax

  • Sheelsillah Hall: 100 Pax

Session Duration & Extra Charges

We provide the banquet hall for 4 hours per session. Any additional time will incur the following hourly charges:

  • Kahani: ₹5,000/-

  • Yaadein: ₹6,000/-

  • Sheelsillah: ₹12,000/-


Cancellation & Amendment Policy

The advance amount is non-refundable. However, event dates may be amended once, provided the new date falls within 3 months of the original booking.

Decoration

Decorations must be handled exclusively by the hotel’s registered vendors.


Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment via Cash, Demand Draft, or Credit Card is required at the time of booking confirmation.

  • Any outstanding balance must be settled immediately at the conclusion of the event.

Audio/Visual (AV) Equipment

  • AV equipment can be arranged at an additional cost.

  • Please note: We do not provide a dedicated technical operator.


Event Finalization

All banquet requirements—including the menu, seating arrangements, floral decor, and AV needs—must be finalized at least 7 working days prior to the event.

If the menu is not finalized by this deadline, it will be considered “Chef’s Choice,” unless the function was booked on shorter notice.
