Return & Cancellation Policy

At The Hotel Long D, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies ensure fairness for both guests and our establishment. Please review the following terms before making a reservation. 

  1. Free Cancellation Policy
  • Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days before check-in (unless otherwise specified in the reservation terms). 
  1. Non-Refundable Policy
  • Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. 
  • In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged. 
  1. Partially Refundable Policy
  • Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. 
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund. 
  1. One-Night Penalty Policy
  • For standard refundable bookings, cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the first night’s stay as a penalty. 
  1. No-Show Policy
  • If a guest fails to check in without prior cancellation, a no-show fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged. 
  • For non-refundable bookings, the full stay amount will be charged. 
  1. Group Cancellation Policy
  • For group bookings (5 rooms or more), cancellations must be made at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. 
  • Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation charge. 
  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will be non-refundable. 
  1. Minimum Stay Policy
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, a minimum stay requirement may apply. 
  • If a guest cancels a part of their stay or checks out early, the minimum stay charges will still apply. 
  1. Seasonal Cancellation Policy
  • During peak periods (festivals, public holidays, and special events), cancellation deadlines may vary. Guests will be notified of the specific terms at the time of booking. 
  1. Force Majeure Policy
  • If a cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or health emergencies, guests may be eligible for a full refund or a flexible rebooking option. 
  • Proof of the situation will be required. 
  1. Special Event Cancellation Policy
  • If a guest has booked a banquet hall, event space, or wedding package, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event to receive a full refund. 
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days before the event will incur a 50% charge. 
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. 

This is applicable for all booking irrespective of the booking date. 

Refund Processing 

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days. 
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
